The Moon/Sara cross was a nephew to aunt cross, doubling up on Moody and Jally. I did the cross to lock in small size, along with substance. My intention was that the offspring could then be outcrossed to small Aussies while still maintaining small size and type. I was very pleased with the results. This is the cross that produced Harvest, Chyna and Betty. I usually name my dogs after songs, so since I crossed Harvest Moon to Moonlight Serenade I just had to give the puppies names of 'Moon' songs.

When Harvest was a puppy his new mom asked him to pick up a pen she had dropped. He did it! After that he went through the house picking up everything he could find, toys, socks, you name it, and dropping them in Mommy's lap! All of this without any training.

Bonza Dark Side of the Moon (Rugby) & Bonza Fly Me to the Moon (Darwin) graduating from obedience school. I received a letter from the instructor, including this picture, saying what a joy they were in class and that she looked forward to having more of my dogs in future classes.
