Fable is a RIOT! She's four puppies rolled into one. She has that maniacal gleam in her eyes that strikes fear in your heart. If you've seen the movie 'The Incredibles', and remember the son Dash - that's Fable. Zoom, zoom, zoom, on the go constantly. She's a happy puppy, and very loving.

She's our lean, mean, sock eating machine!
See what a difference a photo can make? These pictures were taken the same day. On the left Fable was just standing relaxed. (She was looking at school kids in the distance.) Her 'conformation' (structure) looks good. On the right I had attempted to 'stack' (pose) her, and she was obsessing over the food treats. She isn't posed well, and looks lousy, but you can see her colors better.
She still has a 'possum head' (long, narrow, rat-like), like big sister Cloudy, but we love her anyway. ;~D
She's 17.5" tall.

Fable is about 18 months now.
She still looks like a whippet, but we're hoping in a year or so she'll finally look like an Aussie. (I can dream, can't I?)
Why does she look so different from my other dogs? Because her father is from working lines, bred to be quick and agile. Fable looks *exactly* like her cousin Cricket!
